Part #1 - Safety Photo Eyes
For garage door openers manufactured after 1/1/93. All makes including Liftmaster, Genie, Craftsman, Chamberlain, and others.
Part #2 - Track Brackets
L-shaped brackets that secure garage door track to the wall. Comes in various sizes #1 - #10.
Part #3 - Track, Vertical
Garage door track comes in 2" and 3" sizes. Full sets or cut to length.
Part #4 - Flag Bracket
For residential and commercial garage doors. Supports vertical and horizontal tracks and fastens to wall. Size depends on door type and height.
Part #5 - Cable Drums
Supports garage door lifting cables. Available in many different models including APCO, OMI, DNS, and others. Depends on door size.
Part #6 - Track, Horizontal
Garage door track comes in 2" and 3" sizes. Full sets based on door height or cut to length.
Part #7 - Angle Iron Brackets
Supports horizontal track from ceiling. Pre-punched 1.25" X 1.25" angle in 14GA or solid angle 1.5" X 1.5" X 1/8". Priced per foot, 8 ft minimum.
Part #8 - Shaft
Tubular or solid shaft for torsion spring counterbalance assembly. Based on garage door width.
Part #9 - Torsion Spring
Safest garage door spring system. Size based on door size, weight, and cable drum type. Sold as installed only.
Part #10 - Quick Disconnect Door Arm
Attaches garage door to automatic opener and allows quick disconnect in the event of a power failure so the door can be manually operated. Must have manufacturer's name and model number to order.
Part #11 - Top Fixtures
Holds top roller for garage door and adjusts top section for a tight fit. Size and type depend on door size and manufacturer.
Part #12 - Hinges, Graduated
Garage door hinges carry rollers and hinge door sections together. Hinges are numbered #1 - #10 and come in residential and commercial grades.
Part #13 - Bottom Fixtures
Also known as bottom corner brackets, they carry the bottom garage door roller and provide the connection for the lifting cables. Size and type depend on door lift (standard lift or low headroom track), door size, and manufacturer.
Part #14 - Weatherstripping
Bottom weatherstrip provides a seal between the garage door and the floor. Available for wooden and steel garage doors. Size and type depend on the manufacturer.
Part #15 - Hinges, Center
Hold the garage door sections together and come in residential and commercial grades.
Part #16 - Winding Cones
Plug into the garage door torsion spring and provide a way to add tension to the spring. Size and type depend on spring size and are provided in pairs of stationary and winding cones.
Part #17 - Extension Springs
Available in numerous sizes and are color-coded based on garage door weight. Sold as installed only.
Part #18 - Garage Door Opener Parts/Access
Replacement parts for most brands include worm gear assembly, drive belts, circuit boards, starting capacitors, light socket kits, and others. Must have the manufacturer name and model number to order.
Part #19 - Rail Components
Garage door opener rail assembly parts include T-rail, chain or belt, traveler assembly, front idler bracket. Must have the manufacturer name and model number to order.
Part #20 - Rollers
Garage door rollers are available in 2" and 3" sizes and come in nylon, steel, and plastic, with and without ball bearings, and are essential to the garage door's proper operation.
Part #21 - Locks/Handles
Locks for garage doors are available in an auto-latch style and a double lock bar setup. Size depends on door width. Lifting handles and step plates are also available in steel or plastic.
Part #22 - Pulleys/Sheaves
Pulleys are used with garage doors that normally have extension springs and are available in 3", 4", and 5" diameters.
Part #23 - Cable
Garage doors are lifted by heavy aircraft cable in sizes 1/8", 5/32", and 3/16" in a 7X19 strand count. Sold as complete sets depending on garage door size or cut to length as required.
Part #24 - Bearing Plates
Bearing plates are used to secure the counterbalance spring assembly to the door track and to the wall. For residential garage doors, there are usually three provided. All bearing plates come with a 1" bearing that has 10 ball bearings.
