Five-Star Service, Every Time

My garage door upper left ceiling support lag screw came out of ceiling and I had to shim the railing to prevent the garage door from collapsing. The door was stuck open and it was a Friday morning. I called Apple Door in Richmond and left them a message about my issue. They called as soon as they opened for business and placed me number 1 on the emergency repair list. The technicians arrived at 4PM and promptly repaired my garage door explaining why it failed. Everyone involved with this repair was professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs garage door repairs.

One of the most efficient services by any contractor I've ever had done over my 50 years of home ownership. Harvey was able to diagnose the problem with my garage door not lifting and give me the estimate for two options to correct the problem. We chose to replace the entire lift mechanism including the motor, track, cable, and sensor. He also replaced the weather stripping along the bottom of door and lubricated all rollers on the door. Harvey was leaving my driveway in exactly 1:15 after he called saying he had arrived on site. I used to be able to hear the garage door every time it opened - not any more. A little pricey perhaps but you get what you pay for.

Jack and Jake arrived punctually and demonstrated commendable professionalism and courtesy. They promptly began the installation of my new garage door and worked efficiently throughout the process. Additionally, they took the initiative to clean any fingerprints and ensured that the job was completed to a high standard. My sales rep Leigh Anne was a pleasure to work as well.
