APPLE DOOR BUILDS NEW SHOWROOM IN FREDERICKSBURG

FREDERICKSBURG, VA AUGUST 5,2016: Apple Door Systems celebrated the grand reopening of its store in Fredericksburg on Thursday, August 4, 2016. The staff hosted an open house from 1:00 – 6:00PM and entertained customers, vendors and other invited guests. Store manager, Anne Barnes said “the celebration was fantastic, especially having the opportunity to show off the new showroom to our customers up close and personal.” In addition to showcasing their leading edge products including garage doors, entry and patio doors, storm doors and awnings, guests enjoyed sub sandwiches, assorted beverages and other goodies and were given an opportunity to register to win three grand prizes valued at over $500. Construction began in early April. Our Operations Manager, Benny Horrocks, an Apple Door veteran of more than 30 years performed most of the construction with assistance from his staff. The showroom has a variety of garage doors displayed in the latest styles including carriage house and traditional models in steel, aluminum, fiberglass and wood finishes. Also on display are custom made residential entry, patio and storm doors that compliment today’s architectural finishes. In addition, the company has a working motorized retractable awning so customers can see the product in action. A unique feature to Apple’s showroom is the new Design Center. Customers are assisted by staff members to select door products by uploading a photo of their home and electronically superimposing new doors over the old one so they can see what they may look like if installed. This “try before you buy” consultation is done at no extra charge and provides the homeowner with an easy way to visualize their home with the new street appeal a new garage or entry door can offer. Apple Door of Fredericksburg was opened in 1999 and services area residents, businesses and government facilities in the greater Fredericksburg area.
