This is a re-print of an ad run by the Virginia Department of Health in the June issue of Richmond Magazine.  If your home was built prior to 1978, the federally mandated laws that apply to removing lead painted surfaces on residential and commercial dwellings were enacted in 2010 and must be strictly adhered to.  To comply is simple.  Just make sure you choose an EPA Lead-Safe Certified contractor.  Apple Door Systems has this certification and can assist you with your next door or window renovation project.
